I have the book on audible and I listen to it often. I guess UnF*cking myself is much more involved than I had hoped for, but progress in being made. That's more than I can say about most other self-help books. This one just resonated with me on so many levels.
Heck I cleaned my entire house again on Sunday and that in of itself is a miracle.
Anyone who has gotten the book I really do hope it brings you as much enjoyment and progress that it has to me.
