InBetween Label Contest

I'm thinking something like empowerment but at the same time helping/pushing others to achieve the goal together.

I saved some pictures from google and redesign it so they're not my works.

For some reason In-Between makes me think of the painting The Creation of Adam. So hands/fingers jump out to me as ideas for the label.

Or, what about the Yin/Yang symbol?

In addition to a normal yin/yang symbol, some artsy versions (most of them with outreaching hands) that may work for the In-Between label would be:

What about the idea of a puppet being manipulated by a puppeteer? If not the hand visibly controlling the puppet, then the person or puppet with strings attached....

I'm trying to think of simple ideas that convey "silent influence", I guess.
