It's something that struck my mind a few times but never really knew how to address it? I know there's not a lot of African Americans that test Pheromones, well female at that but... I know there was conversation a while back ago about pheromone signatures that we give off naturally. I was wondering how do you gals figure this out? I know there were reports about Asain men lacking Enone I think? And women talking about EST levels? I was wondering if there's more specific research for women? I don't usually get into the technical side of things but just throwing it out there.

Good question! One I don't have an answer for, lol, but still good question.
I've read stuff on how birth control messes up our hormones, pregnancy sends our Est to the moon, that "feminine cleansers" mess up cop production...all kinds of things about food, environment, health, that affect pheromone production, but nothing really (or perhaps it's that I wasn't looking specifically enough?) on how to find out what I individually produce, or anyone else for that matter.
I'd be interested in seeing some thoughts and ideas on this subject

It's kinda of more based in nurture vs nature to me. I think the pheromones you give out are largely influenced by your personality.Comment

Oooooo. Now. That makes me wonder if that's possible. As women, particularly, our hormones fluctuate throughout the month.
And body chemistry, everyone's is unique. What if it's the other way around?
While we, as thinking beings, have the ability to restrain ourselves from acting on our impulses, our impulses are still there. (I said ability, I didn't say that I restrain myself from impulse - or I wouldn't have all these pheromones from XS, hahaha!)
Desire, affection, anger, irrational behavior/moods...
What if, and just think about how people change over their lifetimes, it's our pheromones, what we produce naturally, that influence our personality? I don't believe it's just our pheromones, way more complicated than that, but that pheromones are a factor in the kind of personality we have, rather than the other way around.

Interesting take! I think nurture will influence nature. And I firmly believe we can influence our biochemistry by our thoughts. In the past, when I was brainwashed into being compliant and not offending people at all costs (which meant I had very bad boundaries), the bad type of people could literally sniff that out and be very attracted to me. This was many years ago. I have completely changed my inner attitude and my biochemical signature has completely changed as well. It is very alpha now. Pheromones had a great deal to do with it as well. If you apply certain compounds they will change the way your brain works / you perceive yourself and thus also the biochemistry it helps create.Comment

I think an interesting way (if you are comfortable with yourself and your own biology) is to simply use your "peach juice" (if you are female) and apply it to your pulse points and see what type of hits you get. It would be a good indicator of what your natural pheromone signature is. While testing this, in order to keep results unadultorated, refrain from using any other pheromones or enhancers.Comment

I can take this even further: I eat plant based as does my husband, since many years and we have never tasted or smelled better
