Pheromones + Zync

I’m taking a multivitamin (zync, selenium, E, A, and C vitamins and ascorbic acid). Does it affect the pheromones?

It's actually good to take vitamins! I would definitely urge you to take them

I take zinc orotate and it doesn't help or hurt in combination with pheromones, as far as I can tell.

I am thinking about increasing astaxanthyn in my vitamins intake.

I take a variety of supplements and haven't noticed it affecting pheromones
