Fallout blends for women?

I read so much about fallout blends that men wear... but I'm looking for something that I can wear to create that effect in men (and why not, even women!). Do you have any suggestions?
I have Cohesion, PSEL, Babe, Desire Me+, Fantasy and Love Boat (some in sample size).

Cohesion won't do much for men other than make them depressed, lethargic, and avoidant of you. Avoid A1 at all costs if you're looking to use a fallout mix on a man. I'm not sure about Babe or Fantasy (NuTrix will probably have some great input here), but Loveboat may be suitable, to a degree.
