    Testing During COVID

I haven't tested since March, because I haven't been in many social situations since COVID. I got some goodies today and I want to test. How are you going about this with all the restrictions?

Masks, except for some specialised masks, like N95, are not really that effective to stop pheromones. I have proven this myself, although results may vary accordingly. So, even if you wore a mask, you can still experiment consistently at places like work, etc.

Then there is the issue of where you live. Some places might be under lockdown, while other places might be really relaxed. So testings environment can vary in restrictions too.

I can vouch that the cloth masks allow pheromones to still be usable. In my thread with the kitten I'm smitten with I saw clear IoI's that I honestly didn't expect with a mask and the distance between us in the same room.

I've got a couple of new targets I plan on hitting up in the coming weeks so I need to break out my notebook to chart the results.

Glad that you are experiencing the same results with a mask being put on. And good to see that you are working on new targets, and not obsessing on the hot kitten. That is really a good route you are taking.

Do start a Journal to keep records, its really helpful for research and reference purposes, especially at the start of using pheromones.

Well, I have to admit I'm still a bit smitten with my original target but I'm not going out of my way to find excuses to just "appear" in her building. In fact I was in one of my usually buildings talking to another staffer (who happens to be my next target) and when I was leaving her office my kitten came up from behind me to talk to the person I was just leaving. With her bundled up and masked I didn't realize it was her until I got back into my office. Glad I was focused on getting back to my office as I might have lingered or tried to initiate some conversation and I didn't want to make things awkward considering the past result of asking her out.

Journaling seems to be pretty important considering the way the world is today. Of course I pretty much end up solo in my office as I'm trying to limit my exposure to those fellow employees who aren't the sharpest tacks in the shed but there are a few nice ladies I'd like to get observations on. Need to chart how products in my stash work with those I can use as my test subjects.

Thats a good path you are following. Regarding the pheromones, you got a good stash too. Api, Ascend, Corpo, Captain, etc. These are all very good products for the workplace. I hope you enjoy them very much in the future.

Mysticbeauty I've been testing and pheromoning as always. We only use the paper masks at work and that's what I wear when I absolutely have to out and about. I can vouch that the pheromones work just fine as far as those go. So go out and phero the world! If ever others needed the fairy dust of pheromones, it's now

Thats good to know. Also make you wonder how effective masks are for protection during this crisis. So, be careful everyone. Nothing is 100 percent safe. Not masks, not even Condoms.

My job has always required the use of surgical masks, they are for preventing you from spitting on things inadvertently. Talking, laughing, shouting, coughing, etc. They are spit guards, and, no, will not prevent you from getting a virus. Any virus. The aerosol from sneezes or forceful coughs will escape from any gaps and disperse into the surrounding air. These same "flaws" are our phero advantage though. Silver lining?

Thats good to know for clarification. When the Pandemic hit us early this year, there was so much conflicting information regarding the effectiveness of masks, even from Government official sources, that it took a long time for me to clarify the bullshit from the actual facts.

Regarding Surgical masks, i am guessing the direct transfer of droplets from coughing, sneezing, etc will be blocked, hence reducing the chance of getting the virus, as most viruses cant survive long without its host in the open atmosphere, from what i heard. So, it might prevent and reduce the chance of spreading infection, even if the aerosols are escaping from the masks, thats my understanding. I guess the risks of infection, will depend on how long each respective virus can survive without its host in the open air.

Or if you have the misfortune of walking through/beside someone sick, coughing & sneezing. Otherwise, not touching your face until you wash your hands is the best way to avoid it as public outings go.

I wore pheros less than a handful of times since the pandemic bit but it seemed to still get people even with masks.

Lack of social interactions has me not grabbing for pheros..or anything really..cute clothes, make up etc.

I think this gift from xs will get me feeling more normal. Even just for errands, grocery store runs, work etc. I'm gonna dress up and play with the new toys !

                      True!
I just finally started reaching for those things (cute clothes, make up, shoes etc). I'm a fragrance lover and haven't purchased anything new for months and months until just for Christmas. Recieving them brought back a weird feeling of normalcy, lol. I was excited and splurged on something new instead of hanging on to all my nickles and dimes wondering if I would have work or not I mean, I still want to be careful, but at least it felt "normal" to be excited at receiving something new and fun - not unlike our Christmas survival package from XS!
I have also pulled compliments for my fragrances during our mask wearing requirements and I can't see that pheromones would be different than that.
It's been depressing to feel like my normal out going, interpersonal behavior is trying to be snuffed out by covid and its restrictions, but people are hungry for interaction, even if it's from a "respectable" social distance
