Feeling Sleepy

Hey guys!

Im new to pheromones. SO far I have Dm+, Girlfriend, and Xist (Women's version) in its full sizes and PSEl, Tease, and Babe as samples.

I used Dm+ and Xist and Babe and felt sleepy pretty quickly.

Anybody else have this effect???

Nope, you had a little OD, nothing to worry about. Just start taking your vitamin pills and you will be fine.

does ODing make the pheromones not work?

Should I reduce my # of sprays to 1 of each?

Which vitamins? iron?

yes, I used it again, but it wasn't in the right environment as I was running errands fairly quickly. I'll use it when I go out soon!

They work on others, just too much on you.

Reduce to 1x on the blends that is add ons to the blend you focus on?

I use ordinary multi vitamins for women bought in grocery stores. Works fine.

As Ildergreier said multivitamins are a good choice. In winter I take Vitamin D additionally because of the lack of sunlight, works wonders on your mood
