Also, the store discount level only get updated once a month (within the first week or so) so if Kate already flip the switch but you level up after then you will have to wait until next month.

No they have all stayed the same since the inception of the program. We do have some changes coming, but not to the levels. We are going to be personalizing the discount to individuals instead of grouping which won't change anything on your side, only easier for us to manage. It will be a while
