Phoenix2886 Only in the the actual checkout cart and you, of course, have to be logged in for them to know who you are. Kate gets around to them in the beginning of the month. Personally, I don't assume I'll get them till the middle of the month. Saves me frustration and impatience. I don't know how many carts I zeroed out because the discount wasn't applied so I just assume its first week of the month and not first. Works better for my pay cycle anyhow.

They only do it once at the beginning of a month manually so if you get any new level after the activation, you will have to wait for the next month. But KateD sometimes help out newbies as well (my first level, she said she would do it that one time for me) so email her at support and she might be able to help you out.Comment
