A big community welcome to Silvia (its about time-LOL)

Silvia is the main reason things in the EU have been getting better. It really is a work in progress, but I can assure everyone there are big things going on over there. I'm so fortunate to have her on the team. I know we have made some tremendous progress over there and yeah its all due to Silvia.

So much has gone on over the last couple of years that quite frankly was getting out of hand. If it wasn't for the hard-work and dedication of this amazing lady I probably would have just shut that location down by now. Lots of red tape and people just not doing what they are supposed to. I can say that Silvia aint lying when she says:

She might not be exactly evil, but she has done so much to get things going and identify issues so we can fix them. She's taking names and kicking ass.
