    How To Quote A Post [VIDEO]



    You can either select the quote function underneath the post you'd like to quote, or when quoting multiple members at once highlight the text and a quote box will appear and select. This mod is great also when you only want to quote partial text.

      This doesn't always work when I try to quote a comment. I just have to live with it, I guess.

            Could be the VPN then. I've tried it with Safari, Chrome and Firefox so far and all have worked. Notice I changed your name color to purple? Lets people know you're here to help them or drop the hammer!

                    Yup blue button appears after highlighting/selecting and works for multiple posts here too. Chrome with UBlock origin script blocker is currenty turned off

                          sorry for your inconvenience, it's real time consuming to do manually but it could be done inside the expanded editor, You would have to add the names manually.

                            Note that you would have to add the name of the quoter manually

                            The blue button, besides the convenience, appends the post number to the person's name so that we can go easily back to the original post so that we can see the context of the quote and easily ascertain the intention of the original quote in addition to the name. This could help in mod situations or just general understanding of a quote
