What do they mean by kino?

In reading a lot of the reviews, I see the work kino come up a lot and I haven't been able to deduce what that means. Mind helping me out?

Although it's tough to know without a context post I believe the kino you're referring to has to do with touching. Kino in the this PUA world is anything and everything to do with establishing physical contact

Yeah, short for kinesthetics. Basically touching with the intention of increasing rapport.
