Hi Yeeto. I wear pheromones most every day, too. However, on the occasion when I don't, I don't feel anything negative. As far as building up tolerance on self effects, I haven't. This has been my experience. Hope this helps.

Hi y'all, for the past month I've been using pheromones every day. Though subtle in the moment, looking back they've worked wonders for me. I seem to attract everyone around me, I feel extremely confident and extremely loved even as I'm half dead functioning on very little sleep. Things are going so well I feel almost delusional. My question is... Should I take breaks? As for self effects will I develope a tolerance, and will I potentially feel worse on the days that I am not using pheromones?
