Androtics Closing Down

Hi, this is my 1st post on this site, you might recognise me from AD's forums.

Safe to say, I have no idea what is going on over there (AD)!! I did wonder last year when my order didn't ship in the usual 10 days like it usually did (Ordered before Thanksgiving), took until February 13th to arrive!! Endless zendesk messages, (Usually just threw a few mentions in my journal as I knew someone from the company would respond), even got a couple of private messages from Brian prior to shipping , with one pm having a mammoth list of things they did have in stock, my order being held up because of just one product, apparently!!

They sent me out all kinds of things, was only expecting 2 items!! Worth the wait I guess.

I have no idea what this 'membership' thing is that AD Labs is offering, but I have been told I'm one of the select few to be transferred over whenever they go live, apparently there's only 400 people being selected! That's just it though, no one knows when the membership is, or what it is we're going to have to pay, how often, or how much?? Apart from the journals and a few complaint posts in the store, activity over there seems to be dead. Even I haven't posted for a month, work has kind of taken over, so not had the time to concentrate on the testing I usually do.

I found this site, looking for alternatives to AD's mones, and new things to experiment with. Is there anything close to iShine here? It's probably something I've come to have on every order, craziest thing for curing a hangover, lol. Also, I had a quick glance of the store, do we have neroli scent products, or anything similar to that nice orange scent over here? I'm open to everything! Think this might be my 1st step to moving and going down a new mone research path.

I think that if they re-structure and put their sh!t together, they have a chance to again become a leader in this industry. It all comes down to basically treating their customers with respect with great customer service, as well as bringing back the quality they were onced praised for in their products. I'm a old member, so there's a possibility of me trying their stuff out when they do decided to come back. For now, I'll concentrate on the few, but good companies offering a good line of products.

They don't seem to be doing that well right now with it. Between censorship of posts from individuals who are just looking for their product, closing down their zendesk (without telling people with open tickets), and just flat out not making public communications on the status.

Making customers wait 3-4 months then randomly substituting the product they ordered with whatever they deem fit is NOT great customer service. After the way they've treated former forum members and now customers I hope they fail and karma catches up with them.

I don't blame Androtics for producing watered down versions of their flagship product, as it was discussed previously by one of their employees that the problem was there were some molecules that were hard to come by. Can't remember the post, but I think it mentioned something about their source going out of business, or not being able to ship certain molecules out to the US. What Androtics should have done, is to be honest right from the beginning and letting members know about it, by either updating the product's page description. So the blame is on them for not being honest/admitting it, especially after the price increase. I was one of the lucky one that got to test A314 back in 2008, and it is still the product used to compare just about every alpha product that comes to market.

There was some idiot that went by the name of Sebastian, and he was the one that went around banning members on the P.Talk forum. I made some comments about the newer batches of A314 not being as good as the vintage batches, and he straight up got upset about it. I told him I wasn't attacking A.D., that I was just being honest about what's going on and just expressing my opinion. Reminded him that the forum was supposed to be about us members discussing our experiences, both positive and negative. He did not ban me, but ended up limiting my account, to the point I could not post much. Last I heard is that he got fired, too many people complained about him I guess. Too bad the damage was already done.

It will be interesting to see what happens. Sounds like they will be coming out with some new products maybe.

I don’t think they focus on the phero veterans or old members. They have banned most of them for criticizing them.

They will focus on phero newbies, and now they’ll have a brand new flashy site, with amazing promises.

They're actually pretty smart I think. I just have lost faith in them after they screwed up so much and how they treated me and everyone on their forums.

I think it would have been better if they admitted their mistakes and asked forum members/customers for suggestions. Help make things right.

Yeah, we are all just speculating the hell out of it. Trying to figure out what the new and improved AD gonna be like.

Patience, pretty soon I am sure we will find out so we can decide how to move forward. Whether it is for us or not for us.

I think one of their marketing tactics is how they went about selling gold and diamonds and other name brand items. Make it something that is not easy to get, you will be super special and climb up the social ladder if you get it and so once you get that idea in your head. You end up paying some thing you can get much cheaper and better that is super over-priced.

It is a smart,marketing strategy, don't hate anyone's hustle really. Just waiting to see what the victim count is gonna be like
