Ah... Psychedelics, not something to be abused... Treat 'em with respect, or stay FAR FAR away and don't look back. Salvia is one of the strongest psychedelics there is, strangest part is that I believe it's not illegal either...

Yep, perfectly legal. Where I am in Ontario they sell it as an incense in a little pouch at different strengths. It really only lasts for a short time...like ten minutes, give or take...but it's crazy stuff not to be taken lightly.

Salvia should only be used with respect and introspection. To confront your darkest fear is to take control of it so it no longer has power over you. I think it was Jim Morrison who said that. Salvia will do that for you.

There's a wealth of information on the site. I can tell you that it takes you to a place that is not necessarily frighting, but the loss of your ego is. Our egos, while not us, likes to believe its the key factors of our identity. I've practiced meditation for years and losing the ego is a valuable experience. You connect with something higher and its beautiful. Unfortunately many people have to much attachment to the ego as a defining principal and those are the ones who have the most fear anyway. I will say this as a warning: Salvia is not a recreational drug. Much respect is due to her and she needs to be treated with such or fear is only the beginning of the experience

I have tried Salvia once before and hated it. I felt like my whole body was collapsing in on itself. My sight also tightened so that I didn't have the same width of view as normal. Things weren't moving or anything, just like I was looking through a rolled up paper or something. The periphery wasn't there, just black. Also I felt like I weighed a million pounds in that every part of my body was super heavy. After probably just a few minutes, I realized through very strong effort, that I could actually move and that the physical feeling of being super heavy, was really just in my head. The fear kind of went away after that although I still didn't like the experience and couldn't wait for it to be over. Thankfully my eyesight returned to normal over the next few minutes (as I was constantly checking my watch as my sense of time was completely gone) and my body feel returned to normal. I am pretty experienced with various psychedelics of which I typically enjoy and so this was different for me in it being a bad experience.

Once it wore off, I felt fine. But I threw out the rest of the salvia as I had absolutely no interest in trying again! Definitely a really strong effect.

Thank you for this. I started doing some research on it and does seem a fascinating nootropic that could be properly utilized to overcome approach anxiety which, believe it or not, I still suffer from after all these years. Currently I'm on a Kava kick. The one thing I read which concerns me is the hangover/despondency people are getting with this. Perhaps overindulgence on their part, I however, gave up substances that create a dependency including coffee. I will do some additional studying on it and if I do decide to obtain some, for research purposes, is their a brand you'd recommend and dosage?

Your reaction was typical of someone looking for a psychedelic experience. I'm certainly not attempting to bash you, but Salvia is an introspective experience that destroys the ego. The larger the ego we have the more difficult the trip we have. I understand because on numerous times Salvia destroyed me too. I have learned to deal more appropriately with stressful or otherwise overcome personal fears with it. I believe most people looking for a "trip" are sadly disappointed and overwhelmingly resentful of the experience. Salvia is to be considered Shaman magic and not to be toyed with.

All the YouTube videos I posted, while pretty comical, are my way of gently embracing pop culture and their ignorance of all the good that can come from a spiritual journey. We look for the quick high and fun associated with recreational drugs. With psychedelics like LSD or Mushrooms you get both ends of the spectrum: wildly fun and strangely religious. With Salvia there is only one side of the spectrum and that's the complete loss of ego, thus irrationally fearful of what the "ID" is losing. If you ever do take that magical journey allow yourself to lose yourself and become one with the collective universe. Only then can you experience the psychedelic aspects of the Green Goddess.

Its odd to think you have to stop thinking to fully experience all that life has to offer. The ego wants you to believe without it there is no you. The truth is without the ego the real you is incredible and limitless.

Regarding Phenibut tolerance builds up, and it builds up fast... I would only use it and therefore utilize it the best at MOST 2 times a week, and at smaller servings.
If you use it sporadically like this, you keep tolerance at bay and also withdrawals.

Like always, most people are, pardon my french, morons when they take things - hence it can end up getting a bad rep. It's a wonderful drug - but only if you use it in an educated and smart way.

Just as a friendly tip, tolerance builds very fast, and at a point there are diminished returns for sure. I've used 500-1000mg with very good results. The lower the dose, the lower the tolerance-build and the easier on the wallet. Not to mention no hangovers. I have only gone up as far as 1500mg, over a night that is. The higher you go - less often can you reap the benefits of it, if that makes sense.

Lower doses mixes with alcohol, without hangover too. But that is of course limited alcohol and 500-1000mg phenibut.

At your doses you might've gotten hangovers without touching alcohol though.

But everyone is different.

Yes. Very good tips! Didn't feel a thing after 4 hours so I used another gram, and another 2 hours later.
