Reward Points Discontinuation Notice (September 30, 2016)

This is something we've been toying with for a while and well we will be discontinuing the reward points earned on products. I believe the Lifetime Discounts is way more valuable, but to offer both is not doable. However, reward points will still be given out, but we will make them available for special interests like product reviews, testimonials. contests and promotions. You will still be able to use any points you have, we are just not going to offer them for buying products anymore. I feel incorporating discounts like the Lifetime Discounts, Free Shipping, free fragrance options, and everything else we do will have to be sufficient for the time being.

We'll give points out for a lot of other cool stuff that I already mentioned and more to follow. You'll still be able to use the points you have and any you accumulate in the future as mini-discounts you just wont be able to earn them on buying a product. To be fair the program will remain intact through September 2016 as it stands now. Come October 1st, 2016 we will begin removing points earned for buying products.

I want to make points a fun thing rather than a given. This encourages community participation and heck just 25 posts and you're already at 3% discount and that's everything in the store, not just retail.

Feedback and community input is always valued and appreciated.

Thank you for the advanced notice, appreciate that! And yes it is fair, this is a business after-all you guys gotta pay the bills! The lifetime discount is more than generous and honestly encourages more interaction which is good for all of us and for the betterment of PXS products

personally i would hope the threshold towards the lifetime community discounts can be reduced and make it more achievable for newbies..especially levels 1 to 5. ok with removing reward points from purchase

It's achievable for newbies, but it's not free , newbies should ask a lot of questions to learn.

yes, but posting/contributing two to three hundred posts to earn a 10% discount is a bit less in my opinion.

Please NEVER apologize for making a decision you think is going to keep your company alive so you can continue to give us your magic. I've not seen everything, but I've seen enough to know that there are only a few pheromone companies I will order from.

i'm also okay with the lifetime discounts only.. this way it will persuade more members to start reading up on forums and participate.. not only they can educate themselves further into the world of mones, it will also reduce the chances of PheromoneXS customers running to your customer service doing complaints since they are armed with better knowledge on how to apply/use your mones correctly and efficiently.

and more members participating and sharing infos on the forum will in return give Steve and his team to have more to work on.. more to improve their products and so on..

Thats the plan. but we will notiy when the changes take place.

All rewards points earned prior will stay in the account as long as the account is opened.

So to sum it up
We are not removing the rewards point system as a platform !
We are just not going to give away reward points for purchasing a product.
Instead we do have plans to offer various new ways for customers to earn reward points

No problem. I got a free bottle of ascend from the program, but had to buy quite a bit to get enough points. I feel like the free shipping, fragrance, etc is plenty enough. Don't cut your profit margin to small...have to make sure you stay in the game, otherwise we won't be getting such good deals on products themselves.

XSteveO you do too many discounts already, and I have on some occasions received free bottles with my purchases. I'm not sure how you'd make a profit doing that all the time.

I do appreciate it though, and like I said in the past, don't mind paying regular price because your products work so amazing for me. I do want you to stay in the business, so this notice is not discouraging to me.

I was trying to use up my rewards points on Wednesday the 14th after seeing the 30th would be the last day to use them. And for about the 3rd or 4th time trying to use my BITCOINS with the system completing my order once I clicked USE BITCOINS, and I couldn't pay for shipping. Anyway, I saw the video instructing how to use the points, and I must pay shipping. So the very next day, 15 Sept, I called and left a message leaving my number and the reason I was calling. No call back. Forgot all about it until today, 21 Sep, when I received the YOUR ORDER IS CANCELLED. *one and half tears*

Well, now I have to attend a funeral this weekend, and I won't have any PAY SHIPPING FUNDS until the 30th. But that's not going to work either, because should I try it again. the system is going to do the exact same thing, and no one is going to answer the phone or call me back.

Your points won't expire! You can still use them after the 30th it's just you can't earn new ones after then. Also I recommend you submit an online ticket/email them; they are really busy working on the EU website launch which is why they're probably really behind on answering the voicemails!

i personally called you on the 16th on the phone provided in your order.
First time someone said its was wrong number and second just kept on ringing.
So i canceled the order today and refunded your reward points that ware used on it.
Can you place it again and i will walk you thru how to checkout with BTC
