          It happened to me at times that smell lingered on a shirt collar even after washing the shirt. Is it still effective in those conditions? Probably not, I guess it's mostly fragrance at that point, but who knows. I usually get this mostly when I spray the product with a shirt already on. That's why I often apply my products right out of the shower before dressing up.
