Please remember i am still alone in our USA facilities. Between answering calls and tickets, making customs and filling orders there is not much more time to do anything. I'm not complaining but I refuse to hire just anyone because I care so much what we offer and do at XS. Quality is an absolute so I'd rather do it myself and take longer than pay someone to do it half assed. I wish I could do more and I'm sure if I take my time I'll find the right person again.
Orders during sale periods do not ship the same day. I always do them in prioritized order. Next Day, Global Express, Domestic Express, 2nd Day, Priority and then First Class Mail. Please be patient. Expect delays.
No shipping Black Friday.

It's official: Due to snow and extreme cold, our USA facilities will be closed this week
UPDATE: We tried to go in today, but the weather decided to sleet this morning. Roads are treacherous and not worth risking our lives.
UPDATED 1/22: The extreme cold has finally broken here in South-West Tennessee. We've been stuck in our houses for an entire week as it snowed on the holiday last Monday, and temps dipped and stayed in the low 20s to single digits. Most countries require actual Bank Transaction statements especially if claiming low value
I do the best that I can to help you avoid customs fees without lying or cheating. I'm not risking jail for a few hundred bucks-LOL
Anyway just wanted to share some insight on all the steps we have to take before something ships internationally. Not sure if other vendors lie and say plastic bottles or candles or gifts, but yeah there is a steep price they will eventually have to pay.
There are about 25 orders from the sale left not counting the 50 or so custom orders. I should be able to catch up by Tuesday. I appreciate everyones patience.
